Dinner tonight will be Hoisin Marinated Beef Tenderloin, stir fried with asparagus, sweet peppers, arugula, and sticky rice. Finish it off with a little Surf Salt and that's it! It's easy, recipe and video to come.

Take 1/4 cup of your favorite Surf Salt and drizzle in enough extra virgin olive oil until it forms a paste. Set aside. Heat up some pita bread and tear into hunks. Dip pita into Surf Salt mixture. Share with a friend. It's ONO! (Hawaiian for tasty!)
