I did a healthy cooking class with the ladies of headstrong fitness a week or so ago. These are some highly motivated/kick butt athletes! We talked about (and ate) flavoring with out fat, energy foods, and healthy techniques in your cooking. I will post some recipes in the next couple of days…Good Times!

Simple -Cut new potatoes and toss with a dash of sesame oil and pepper -Roast at 350 until fork tender. Saute a little onion in olive oil, then add snap peas, spinach, roasted red peppers and lemon. Toss in cooked whole wheat angel hair and top with Peahi Surf Salt. Good Stuff!
