-I grilled a steak, one steak and we share, instead of two steaks and eat like cavemen. Served with Waikiki Surf Salt
-Stir fried peppers- stir fry red and yellow bell peppers in a dash of sesame oil, soy, and minced ginger
-Cucumber and spinach salad that was tossed with a dash of great olive oil, squeeze of lemon, avocado, and a spoonful of Chiba Surf Salt. That made a killer dressing…almost creamy tasting.
-Veggie Dumplings with scallion and cilantro
Good stuff! The Surf Salt is not “salty” so we used multiple flavors in the meal.
