Some Good Words…

Lyndia from SC – Kerry brought me some of your surf salt and I made some delicious baked red fish with it (with a little bit of butter and lemon and wrapped it in parchment). When my son saw it he said that he didn’t think he would like all that seasoning on it and then he took a bite and said “Never mind” and ate 3 pieces! Yum!!

 

Susan from NC – Chicken with Surf Salt, Salad with Surf Salt, Couscous with Surf Salt, apps with Surf Salt. I left it off the dessert though! It’s changing the way I cook. Love it!

Diane from NC -SURF SALT w/ STEAK tonight and on our salad. !!! Jim said it wuz so good he started to put some in his TEA!!! JB. Can’t wait to Super Bowl Sunday!!!!!!!!!!!!
