Surf Salt is quick and easy.


I just grilled some salmon and shrimp last night. Brush a little lite soy sauce on them as they cooked, made a pot of jasmine rice and some good old frozen peas. Topped the seafood with Peahi Surf Salt at the table and done. Quick, tasty, and healthy. That is the  beauty of Surf Salt- it is a finishing spice. Put it on at the end of cooking, it adds flavor, texture and good quality time with others instead of loads of prep work.
